I wouldn't say jump in it like the others have. have it take a more romantic approach, 1st have them start dating 1st. then eventual after a few little romantic moments here and a big boom of romantic moment, and then they finally consummate.
What you've written is almost exactly what is currently happening. They literally just went on a date, albeit tricked into it by Liz.

The mischief master that is my inner 13 year old, wants it to last as long with Amy has it lasted with Nana, but, I feel that would be asking too much from this crowd of perverts. As others have said, Amy has trauma issues to work through. It's not surprising (and it's totally in character) that she comes around to the idea of romance more slowly. Especially since she spent large portions of the game away from everyone else and the safeness she felt with the MC did not start as something sexual but something familial instead.
