There was a match today in my town of mostly Asian people against Isreal

Mrs. Shooter wanted to go to the store.
She wanted some pants for our upcoming vacation, and some travel cups.
We bought razors, vitamins, two shirts, and a bag of bird seed.

No pants, and no cups.

Then we went to this huge craft fair the local high school has every year.
Something like 250 vendors.
All craft stuff. All local. Nothing manufactured. Nothing from out of state.

We were still looking for pants and travel cups.
We bought soap, some nifty wooden puzzles, a funny pooper scooper thingy and tasty Barbecue sauce.

No pants, and no cups.

So then we went to another store 15 miles away.
A really big one.
We still needed travel cups and pants.
We bought another shirt, travel sized stuff for the bath bags and glasses.

No travel cups and no pants.

So in total we spent probably $250.
No travel cups and no pants.

Which explains the good morning post Shooter made this morning.
He already knew, you see.

Celebrating feeling well enough to feed myself. First time in a week, I’ll take that as a win.

 

Finished supper, kitchen is cleaned up, and I’m getting ready to change into pajamas and crawl into bed.

Just wrapped up crunching numbers for the business unit. Not a good as Q3, but definitely an improvement over the dumpster fire from Q1.

 

Looking at two cords of wood needing to be stacked and missing the tubby in advance. Ooof.

 

Oh shoot. That's not bad at all. Considering the average cord of wood, when properly dried, weighs between 2000 and 3000 pounds (900 to 1350 kg). And you're only doing TWO of them. So your only looking at lugging around about 2700 kg MAX

Just finished a fried egg with cheese on a bagel, finishing my OJ, then headed out for round two -Subby v Firewood: the stackening.

I’m not a breakfast person in general, but I need the fuel.

Needed a long hot soak in the tub, some comfort food and some Netflix or summat. So. Doing that.

 

Unwinding after a long day at work, and knowing I have to get back on it early tomorrow morning.

Catching up on forum shenanigans before I have to do a video meeting with my boss at 8:00. We're wrapping up the budgets for next year, so life can start to return to normal again after next week!
